STANDARD DELIVERY
​
Currently we only offer a standard postage option were we aim to deliver goods within 5-7 working days, or sooner (if at all possible), taking into account processing and packing which can sometimes take 1-2 working days depending on the nature of the order and size. Please allow 3-5 working days to allow Royal Mail delivery from receipt of our fulfilment/shipping email.
Delivered Monday - Friday (excluding bank & public holidays).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact Eleanor, who will be happy to assist.
Orders must be placed before midday to guarantee this service.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
​
Eleanor does offer overseas delivery.
Europe - allow up to approximately 14 - 21 working days. Rest of World - allow up to approximately 21 - 28 working days. Please be aware we can only go by Royal Mail timescales, some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Any customs or money due upon delivery of a duties/customs nature is payable by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check prior to ordering what/if any monies are due with an order overseas from the UK.

FREE COLLECTION

Eleanor also offers collection from her studio near South Cave, East Yorkshire.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
​
Please double check the address you give us at checkout is full, including any house names and house numbers, and correct. If you find the incorrect address has been given we must be notified as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address at our end before it gets shipped, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make this change and cannot be held responsible for a customer error. If returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible to repay the amount for redelivery. The customer is also responsible for collecting from a sorting office if a delivery has been attempted but missed, any returns to us due to no collection will result in the customer paying for redelivery too. The postman unfortunately does not always leave/or is unable to leave a red 'We've Missed You Card', so if you haven't received your order we would be grateful if you can check with your local sorting office/post office first before contacting us.

DELIVERY
Eleanor Tomlinson Art Ltd does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated above. Should an event occur which means we are not able to meet our estimated delivery times, we will place a notice clearly on our website homepage and you will be contacted if you are a customer whose order has been affected. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place. Once the package has been located, we will either arrange for a re-delivery or replace this item, if lost by the third party delivery company. Eleanor Tomlinson Art Ltd do not take responsibility for items left in a safe place by the delivery company. A request for the goods to be left in a particular place on delivery is at the customer’s own risk.

The products bought at Eleanor Tomlinson Art Ltd will be delivered to one address in mainland UK or the Isle of Man. For items not already listed as available to be shipped to locations outside of mainland UK postcodes or the Isle of Man, please email eleanortomlinsonart.art@gmail.com with your order and delivery address and we will send you a calculated shipping fee and estimated delivery time. International orders are welcome but delivery pricing is calculated on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to refuse to deliver to countries not covered by Royal Mail. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or additional charges. In this case, the customer is responsible for the charges.
